I need a refund for my Azure subscriptions. I accidentally purchased some services that weren't supposed to incur costs.

Question

A few weeks ago, I was experimenting with creating and publishing some .NET Core apps. Unknowingly, I acquired services for a MySQL database, but I never used it and wasn't aware of doing so. Four days ago, I received a bill for $156 in my account.

I would like to request a refund and tried to create a new technical support ticket, but I encountered an error. The payment has already been processed in my account, yet I am still unable to receive proper customer support.

Hi @Theo ,

the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification on the refund.

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

This is HarryHuang who also acquired services for a dedicated MySQL database. But I never used it and wasn't aware of doing so. Finally, I received a bill for $15k in my account. Could u tell me how u solved this and the way to email Azure staff.
