it's not possible to delete a Azure vNet/Subnet as long as there are still resources connected/associated with the subnet.
In your case there is a NIC still associated with the subnet: anf-SAPWG_vNET_DEV-nic-GSZ1DI
You have to delete the NIC and maybe some resources with a relationship to this NIC before you can delete the subnet.
