Modify the Instantiates in AZURE API for FHIR

I'm trying to add US Core Server to the Instantiates of the Capability Statement and I'm unable to do it by adding US core profiles using the POST StructureDefinition API call. Currently I'm stuck when I want to run my current setup for the inferno testing framework. Please help me in solving this issue.

@MG Thanks for your patience! Full Inferno testing for the g(10) test suite involves quite a bit of configuration and deployment of additional Azure resources. Could you please confirm if you need to pass g(10) testing? or only need US Core?

If you have trouble in uploading the US Core implementation Guide, then one of our team members has built an Open-Source tool which can simplify uploading US Core: brianpos/UploadFIG: Demonstration commandline project to upload a FHIR implementation guide to a FHIR server (github.com)

Thanks @JananiRamesh-MSFT for the answer. I've already come across the uploadFIG and tried it out. It does a good job in uploading all the Us Core Profiles but it still doesn't solve the instantiates issue that I've mentioned. For now, my goal is to pass all the tests in the US Core v4.0.0 of the https://inferno.healthit.gov/suites. If possible, can you check this out and see if any of the solutions provided is tailored for this?

MG Thanks for your patience! It can take some time for profiles to propagate and the capability statement to be updated. Did you try the capability statement test very soon after uploading the profile? If the issue still persists, I suggest opening a support ticket we will investigate further by trying to repro the issue.

Hi @JananiRamesh-MSFT , I think the issue is different.. I was able to populate the US Core Profiles using the StructureDefinition POST api. The link to the profiles are here https://github.com/microsoft/fhir-server/blob/main/docs/rest/PayerDataExchange/US_Core_Profiles/Patient.json . Once the api call is done, I am able to see the profile in the capability statement. This part works well. The issue comes with the "instantiates" key in the capability statement. That field is missing and there is no way to populate it. The US Core v4.0.0 tesing suite requires us to have the "instantiates" field and have "http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/CapabilityStatement/us-core-server" as one of the values. I'm not able to figure out this part. How do we populate the "instantiates" value of the capability statement. I was able to do this with HAPI JPA Server but facing other issues with it but you could check that for reference :) Hoping for your help with this. We have been trying all the which ways to get this working using azure api for fhir. Thank you

MG Thanks for getting back, if you do see the capability statement populated, but we are missing that one field, perhaps it is a bug. As suggested earlier please open a support ticket to investigate further to confirm if it is a bug by trying to repro the issue. If you don't have a support plan, please let me know.
