I added receiver, sender, title, time and other tag in the view screenshot, but these are not lay out in the email window, I really need the quick solution on it, I am looking forward to your reply.

It seems that your issue is not related to OOS. Are you using Outlook or Outlook online?
If your issue is related to Outlook desktop client, please post a new thread with tag 'outlook'. But if your issue occurs with Outlook for web, you'd better raise this issue on Microsoft Answers Community.
