I'm in need to create 100 virtual machines of size E4ads_v5 (that has 4 vcpus and 32 gb Ram), I was in the free trail subscription, and I created 2 VMs with the mentioned sizes, but when I tried to create the 3rd VM I was told that I've consumed all of the available core vcpu number I have for my subscription, so, I'm asking if I purchase any of paid plans, would I be able to have what I'm seeking for, if so, what is the cheapest plan that would be sufficient for my needs?
also, would the pay-as-you-go plan is free of monthly quota? and if I purchase the standard subscription -for example- should I still pay for the VM of the mentioned size as (pay-as-you-go)?

Hi Abanoub Emad Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

so, I'm asking if I purchase any of paid plans, would I be able to have what I'm seeking for, if so, what is the cheapest plan that would be sufficient for my needs?

Yes, if you upgrade your free plan to pay-as-you-go you can create all the resources you would need. Pls note that there are no subscription models when it comes to pay-as-you-go, as the name implies you can utilise as much as you want and pay for them.

would the pay-as-you-go plan is free of monthly quota? and if I purchase the standard subscription -for example- should I still pay for the VM of the mentioned size as (pay-as-you-go)?

Free servicesWhether you upgraded from an Azure free account offer or you signed up for pay as you go directly, you'll have access to monthly free amounts of popular services for 12 months from the date you created your Azure account. At the end of the 12-month period, your account will be billed at the standard pay-as-you-go rates. You'll also have access to monthly free amounts of services that remain free for as long as you have an Azure account. Microsoft reserves the right to change or discontinue any of the select free services at any time with or without notice. The 12 months free services is available only to new customers who have not previously had an Azure account or received 12 months of free services. It is not currently available to customers who sign up directly for pay as you go in China and India.
