I can't install any .NET Framework to my pc

Hello, I'm attempting to install different versions of .NET Framework to my Windows 11 PC, but the installer doesn't launch. It closes after a second with no error message.

Additionally, I can't launch the .NET Repair tool; the same issue occurs—it closes after a second. Also, I'm having trouble installing vcredist 2008-2010 version. I receive an error stating 'the system cannot find the path specified.'

    .NET Framework 4.8 is included with Windows 11, and runs any .NET Framework 4.x app.

    You don't need to install the .NET Framework separately for Windows 11. Best Regards.
