Azure resources that work with TLS

Greetings. I've two Windows Server 2012 R2 virtual machines with or enterprise program by using IIS. Please let me know which resources, inside these servers, or in the Azure location (where our servers are installed) work with TLS, in order to see if these resources or OS programs work with the correct TLS recommended version. Many thanks in advance for your help.
