Dear Microsoft Customer Service Support and members, May i know how the way to fix the issue about Unable to change and switch to other tenant directory of MS Teams mobile app after Cross Tenant Sync but PCs are working fine can change switch directory to other tenant.     Please make sure you have correctly configured cross-tenant synchronization, please refer to this document to determine the steps.

    If the issue does not occur in the Teams web or desktop client, try uninstalling Teams on the mobile client and reinstalling it.
