Entra ID private access RDP connection

I am currently running private access and am able to RDP into my windows 10 machine while on the local network. If I go home I am not able to RDP into the Windows 10 machine. I can access our files shares on a different server so I know the connector is correct and the RDP is setup on the Win 10 desktop but away from office can not connect.
Any assistance appreciated.
Have designated access via FQDN and port 3389.

    Microsoft Entra Private Access gives the Entra admins the ability to manage the access to the fully qualified domain names and IP addresses considered private or internal.

    In my case, I have an on-premises windows 10 machine (192.168.2.46) that I will be accessing from outside the network using the Entra Private Access capability through 3389 RDP port as below.
