I had to use tags but just wanting help with my wireless headset as it’s Not connecting. It is an Astro a20 wireless gaming headset , I tried to play Xbox this morning and my headset simply just won’t connect the mic is working I’m pretty sure, but no sound is coming out of my headset I’ve watched YouTube videos and numerous links for help but none have worked. So wondering if somebody can help me try get it working I have the Xbox version with the usb you plug into your Xbox. It’s charging fine so I know it’s not a power problem but it just isn’t connecting so I can’t talk to friends or even listen to music or YouTube through them. Somebody help please, many thanks
