@Thabiso Mathebula Thanks for reaching out. I verified the backend logs with the given information and i see the deployment fails with below exception.

InvalidMsiValidationException: An invalid managed identity was found for event subscription: egsub-clm-icibbi-EventHub-dev. Please make sure the associated resource (topic, system topic, domain etc) is already assigned an appropriate identity before creating the event subscription.

To resolve this issue, you will need to ensure that the resource associated with the event subscription has a valid managed identity assigned to it.
