Unable to signup as Microsoft cloud partner and reseller

Hey there, i have started a LLC and i wanted to be registered on Microsoft Partner network as a reseller, now when i am trying to do this, it became quite complex. It asks me to create entra id, Azure asks me to be on paid plan to do some stuff, looks like i wont be able to do any things without paying? Can anyone help me getting thing setup? Thanks in advance.
