I am unable to access the Partner Center

Question

It doesn't go any further than the log-on screen then boots us out. I am able to get into the actual partner center then when I click apps and games it will boot me back to the partner center main page.

I encountered a different issue, the Partner Center keeps asking me to log in, even though I have already logged in and seen some data. Part of the website is inaccessible, such as the page for uploading appx files.
