I am playing with this Amazon tablet which does not accept afw#setup method of enrollment and there is no releation to Google. I start to understand, that it might not be able to use with Intune at all, is that so? I downloaded Intune Company Portal and loggin fails with:

"Couldn't add your device"
"Your company support has not authorized this device for management"

Please confirm? :)

@Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems you are trying Android Enterprise enrollment. But it is failed. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

Based as I know, to do Android Enterprise enrollment, the devices need to support Android Enterprise. But from the following link, I didn't find the Amazon Tablet Fire 10 listed in the supported list.

    https://androidenterprisepartners.withgoogle.com/devices#

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

For this kind of device, the support enrollment method is Android device administrator enrollment by installed company portal app and sign in to enroll. Here is a link with more details:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/android-enroll-device-administrator

I notice we have tried to install company portal and sign in but it also fails. Please ensure the device administrator enrollment is set up in Intune and also ensure there's no device platform restriction policy set to block Android device administrator.

Please check the above information and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
