I'm being billed at least $50 a month for a virtual network which I don't use and am unable to delete. It appears the issue is a subnet is assigned to Microsoft.DBforMySQL/flexibleservers. If I try to delete the subnet, or assign the subnet delegation to none, I receive an error.

I understand you are unable to delete the virtual network which has a subnet delegated to Microsoft.DBforMySQL/flexibleservers.

Failed to delete subnet 'cuspsite-50924a0e38-dbsubnet'. Error: Subnet cuspsite-50924a0e38-dbsubnet is in use by cuspsite_group-ade7/providers/Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/cuspsite-262a195e47-vnet/subnets/cuspsite-50924a0e38-dbsubnet/serviceAssociationLinks/821c489c-fa55-f4c3-d540-4e416c7a92f6-sal'>cuspsite-262a195e47-vnet/cuspsite-50924a0e38-dbsubnet/821c489c-fa55-f4c3-d540-4e416c7a92f6-sal and cannot be deleted. In order to delete the subnet, delete all the resources within the subnet. See aka.ms/deletesubnet.

If I try to edit the subnet I get this error:
