I'm developing the an application to host in Azure Marketplace. I want to implement the following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/managed-applications/microsoft-solutions-resourceselector but when testing in the sandbox, it says Error: The element type: 'Microsoft.Solutions.ResourceGroupSelector' does not exist or is currently unimplemented
