When I go to the Xbox development consoles section and try and add a console I get: Request failed with status code 400

Same issue on my end starting to get pissed.

Having the exact same issue. After I paid I am stuck because I cannot get past this step. Hope you get an answer because I can't find much on here about it.

I have the same problem and there's not even customer support for this problem. Only bunch of useless FAQs.
