I'm sorry to say that Microsoft Q&A does not support questions about third-party app. You might need to ask about this in Roblox's official forum.

It is an Xbox Live error, to solve it:

Go to Xbox Live > Settings > General > Power Mode & Startup

In Options > Turn off after > change to Instant-on

Select Restart now > Yes
