Viva Dashboard Adaptive Card Submit Button

Question

In my Dashboard I have several adaptive cards. They pull pictures from SharePoint, redirect to other Apps, etc Now I would like to add a card that accepts user input and submits it. To SharePoint list, Azure table, wherever - I am really open to options. I just want to save it. I am just confused how to configure the Submit button. Where do I define the action that needs to happen?

I don't see any property that I could use: https://adaptivecards.io/explorer/Action.Submit.html

There is no flow behind it. If I started from a flow, there is an action that I could use:

We are not in Teams, there is no flow. It's Viva Dashboard.

How do I do it?
