InApp Mysql VS Azure Database for MySQL Which one is faster for Woocommerce Wordpress website ?

Currently, I have a Woocommerce Wordpress website
( https://accentthaikitchen.com )

It is currently super slow.
I am using the Azure Standart Plan 2.

But I am suspecting that it is slow because I am using the InApp Mysql.
Would using Azure Database for MySQL be faster ?
Which one would be faster to use for a Woocommerce Wordpress website ?
Thank You

@savemightlife-5823 Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forums and thank you for your interest in Azure products.

The in-App MySQL database shares resources with the web app and turning off logging could give you slightly more performance

However, this feature is not recommended for production use or sites with high traffic.
You will get higher scaling and performance with a dedicated Azure Database for MySQL instance.
