I'm looking to install the Grafana OnCall plugin in my workspace, but even with the admin role I'm facing the issue of the message "You do not have permission to install this plugin."

Installing and removing plugins isn't available from the Grafana UI or the Azure CLI at this stage. Plugin management is done from the Azure Managed Grafana workspace in the Azure portal. Please check this manual regarding adding a plugin in Managed Grafana. If the response helped, do "Accept Answer". If it doesn't work, please let us know the progress. Okay, but can I put other plugins outside of the ones that are presented there in the azure portal? Like Grafana OnCall?

I checked the limitation and I'm afraid it's not possible (yet).

Only a curated set of plugins is supported at this moment.

You can provide feedback (request for new plugin) to Microsoft on the page itself or via the Azure Feedback portal.
