Issue happens on device when profile already installed Could not sync
0x80072f0c.
If try to reenroll all is fine.
Difference which I found during requesting TermsOfUse in first not working case he send
mode = azureadjoin
redirect_uri = https://login.microsoftonline.com/WebApp/CloudDomainJoin/10
Second try with working scenario
mode = null
redirect_uri = ms-appx-web://Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugIn
I try to replace working parameters but then issue appear after TermsOf use page.
And on previous build before 2004 this is not reproducing.
