How can I make Correction of My Name's spelling in my certification profile

Hi, In my Certification profile, The correct Spelling of my Name will be "Syeda Fathme Mehdi" M with a capital letter. Please change it. I am not being able to change that from my Edit profile or change name request.

Hello Syeda,  As I understand, you need to fix your name on your Certification profile.   Please keep in mind that your Certification profile must match your ID, so I highly recommend you use the name that appears on your international passport or any accepted ID in case you are required to verify that information with an official ID. Also it is best to fill in the section of Name: with your first name and then: Surname.
