How to maintain VM quota for Azure VMware Solution (AVS)?

How can I maintain a quota of active nodes and nodes prepared for DR scenarios when using Azure VMware Solution? I read that I can request to increase the quota of hosts for seamless provisioning, but the request expires after 30 days. Is it possible to keep refreshing the quota request every 30 days or is there any other way to maintain my desired quota of active and prepared nodes? Thank you.

    Hey ares

Thats a great question and thanks for using QandA platform

So managing quota for active nodes and those designated for disaster recovery ) scenarios in Azure VMware Solution requires some thoughtful planning and coordination with Azure support. Firstly, ensure you're familiar with your current quota limits, accessible through the Azure portal under "Subscriptions" > "Usage + quotas." Once you've assessed your capacity needs for both active nodes and those earmarked for DR, submit a quota increase request with detailed justification for additional resources.

Now, here's the trick: quota increase requests typically expire after 30 days if not approved. To maintain your desired quota, you'll need to keep an eye on the expiration dates and renew your requests promptly

By staying proactive and engaged in managing your quota, you can ensure that your AVS environment has the resources needed to support your workload effectively.

If this helps kindly accept the answer thanks much,
