How dp i get text back on my computer

Ive tried sfc/scannow in command prompt it cant do it i tried booting my computer on automatic repair it didnt work.. start menu doesnt work some things dont open up all the way either (as i right click on properties it opens a rly wide small box and i cant enlarge it) all i did was take my local disk drive off trustedinstaller and put it in my profiles control then rebooted my computer

    Thank you for your reply.

    1.We can type winver in Search bar and check the OS version.

    2.We can open "Local Users and Groups" (type lusrmgr.msc on Search bar and click Enter)and create a local user, then log on this machine to check if you can open start menu.

    3.No, clean boot is not reinstalling OS, we can perform clean boot based on the steps in the following link.

    Then log in to see if you can open start menu.
