I can't log in.

Hi.

I originally had a Microsoft account. But after entering university, I created a new Microsoft account with my school account.

So I deleted the original account. Although it was said that it would be completely deleted in 2021.

After that, I was told to log in again due to an account error. So I all logged out, and I tried to log back in.

There's a problem here.

When I tried to log in again, it said no account. So when I logged in to Microsoft's official website, I could log in there.

But why can't I log in to my laptop? I'm so embarrassed.

I hope there is a solution. I'll be waiting for your answer.

  • I captured the screen and attached it, can you see the image well? I hope you can see it.

By the way, the images and writings I sent can only be seen by us, right?

Hi

Do you mean you can not log back in your deleted original account to your pc but can on Microsoft's official website?

Can you log in your school account ?

Thanks
Karlie
