Microsoft Store for Business last sync 1/1/1970

Hi,

Are not able to sync Microsoft Store for Business. Last sync say 1/1/1970.

24 hours ago we changed MD authority from Office 365 to Microsoft Intune. After that we logged into businessstore.microsoft.com/ > manage > settings > Distribute and checked that the management tool for Intune was active (we also tried to deactivate and reactivate).

Then we have gone back to Endpoint portal, and click sync... but stille no change. We do not see any apps either..

Any suggestions ?

Hey,

From your describtion it sounds like you have done everything correctly, I might just leave it for another 24hours if possible and then try a new sync manually from the MEM portal and see if anything changes.

the most common issue when setting the Msfb up with Intune is that many forget to activate Intune from the Msfb portal but you have done that.

The next step would be to do a support request to Microsoft from the MEM portal.

Thanks for confirmation. I will leave it another 24 hours, then check again. If not I will create a ticket.

I am also having the same issue with one of my tenants. Microsoft Support has been pretty much useless with this problem. Keep getting bounced between Intune team and MSfB team, with neither able to fix the issue.

Hi, I recieved solution from Microsoft. It is Easy.

  1. Go to https://businessstore.microsoft.com/

  2. Go to Settings and then Distribution

  1. Then activate Microsoft Intune

  2. Go to Intune and Synchronize Store.

Did you actually read the original post?? The problem is that OP already applied the activation/reactivation 'fix' but did not work. Anyway, the only way I got this fixed was to raise a ticket with Microsoft support and they fixed it in the backend as it was an issue on their end.

Yeah I did - I just did not noticed that they already tried this solution :) Anyway for me mistake was that I did not have activated Intune on Sotre for Business :/
