Error to open project in Custom Text Classification Language "A server error occurred. Please refresh the page and try again."

Hello, i want to learn about "Custom Text Classification" in Azure Language Cognitive Services. After i create a project (single text classification), i can't open my project and facing the error. The error message is "A Server error occured. Please refresh the page and try again". I refresh the page so many times and log out-log in to Language Studio, but the error still same. What should i do? My region : East-US 2024-02-28_10h37_24

I am unable to reproduce this issue in the East US region.

I was able to create a single label text classification project and open this project, from Language Studio.

Is this issue occurring intermittently ? or does it happen all the time ?

Could you please collect HAR trace and share the log with me ?

thanks for the reply. I've created question and answering and also CLU in Language Studio, and it's fine (error doesn't occur). But, when i created text classification and custom named entity recognition, an error occured. I also don't know what the cause is, but Language Studio experiences an error every time I use the "Custom text classification/custom named entity recognition" feature where the language resource is related to the storage account.

@Aliyya Amru Thanks for your reply. I tried with the resource in Azure Storage account and it worked fine. I was able to open the project successfully.

Could you please collect HAR trace and share the log with me ?

Please share the HAR traces over email to azcommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com with subject as "Attn: NAVBA " , so that I can look at the backend logs for the cause of this issue. Awaiting your reply.

@Aliyya Amru Thanks for your email. After analyzing the HAR traces, I could see that the failure was due to the missing CORS on storage account. Post enabling the CORS on the azure storage account, it is working fine.
