Mysql database has gone into "Disabled" state
"The server is currently in inaccessible state. Please wait for the operation to complete. You can refresh to check status. Reach out to Microsoft support if the operation is taking too long." This has been going on for over 24h and no indication of what is happening.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    As I understand, your Azure Database for MySQL Flexible server is stuck at "Disabled" state.

    Please check below pointers if helps:

    Typically, when a subscription is disabled, the MySQL servers under that subscription also become disabled. Please verify if the subscription is now enabled.

    This could also be due to Region based temporary outage.

    Ensure that you are not hitting any resource limits or quotas that could be preventing the MySQL database from functioning properly.

    Check Network and Login permissions if has changed which might cause such issue.

    If above does not help, you may need to open a support case to check the state of the server and make to available.
