Why mostly my videos on azure ai video indexer which are uploaded are " giving something went wrong , Try to reload the page " message?

I tried to open my old videos which were uploaded on Azure AI video indexer but they are giving me "Something went wrong, Try to reload the page " message, as I am not using the trail version.

    @Vishnoi, Astha Is there a space in the file name that you uploaded? If Yes, could you please upload a file without any spaces in the name and try again? I have seen similar behavior in the past where file names with spaces fail with this error. Thanks!!
