Hi @Marjorie Holleran that's correct ACS and Dynamics Customer Service Omnichannel currently do not support Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) functionality. This means that while SMS text messages can be received and sent, images or other multimedia content cannot be transmitted through this channel. I will reach out to the ACS team and see if there is a workaround for your scenario and will get back to you when I hear back from them.
