Microsoft Teams chat sending File Failed

Hi

We can't send the file and message on microsoft teams chat file but it work one by one. why we can't send in group chat? It shows like that image.

Hi IT Support

Please contact the administrator to run the diagnostic tool in M365 Admin center for users who cannot upload files.

Please try clearing Teams cache and logging in again.
