Microsoft Store Publishing, non technical questions

I'm a Store App publisher and have a few non technical questions. I didn't ask Store Support because I have had a poor experience with them where there are usually several email exchanges with no result. If you can't answer, please connect me to a proper person directly and not through store support.
Q1) Currently, I have a "paid" App in my company publisher account (owned by me). The company will be closed soon. Do I need to close the company publisher account or can it be left as it is so that the customers who bought the App continue getting it when they need to reinstall it?
Q2) Is it possible to convert that company account into a personal account in order to continue the App updates and support on a personal basis?
Q3) If Q2 is not possible, is it possible for the "paid" App to be transferred to a new Personal account that I will open for the same purpose? It should be transferred such that previous customers are also moved to the new account (the App Id should remain same).
Q4) Do you know of any cases where Microsoft has acquired a Store App from other developers?
