I have created the APIM Instance, Storage account, application insights in the Central India region in my Azure Pass Subscription.

For the Function App, I have tried most of the regions such as India, US, Canada, Australia, UK South but same error.

Please help me Microsoft support team.

    @Rajoli Hari Krishna Thanks for your patience! The error message "This region has quota of 0 Dynamic cores for your subscription." indicates that you do not have quota for that type of App service plan in your subscription.

    Resolution: We worked offline and increased the quota on the requested region post that you were able to provision the resources successfully.

    Hi, The error that you get "This region has quota of 0 Dynamic cores for your subscription." is clear. You do not have quota for that type of App service plan in your subscription. Most likely whatever region you try that will be the same. I would suggest opening support case to request quota for that plan.
