How to fix my [TaskError::InitClientAccessAdminPolicyCheck::EXECUTION_FAILURE::undefined][CoreError::DISABLED_BY_ADMIN] on Mac OS

hello everyone I need your help. I cannot log in to my teams. It's said I have to talk to admin (because admin not allowed to use new teams) or I have to change to teams classic. Thank you
