Help with downloading MS 365 Personal with product key

I used the product key to download Microsoft 365 personal but it stopped dowloading because wifi went down. I tried again and got a message that the key has been used but I don't have the program yet. Can I download the Installer to another computer with working wifi and put the Installer on a flash drive, then put it on the computer I need the program on and install it there?

    Generally, after purchasing a product key for Microsoft 365, we need to redeem a new purchase firstly.

    1. Go to www.office.com/setup or Microsoft365.com/setup.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account, or create one if you don't have one. Be sure to remember this account so that you can install or reinstall Office later, without a product key.
    3. Enter your product key, without hyphens, if prompted. If you don't see the option to enter your product key, it was entered for you automatically.
    4. Follow the prompts to finish the redemption process.
      Then use your Microsoft account to sign in to account.microsoft.com and install your Office product.
