Why do my AzureStack SDK Resource Metrics Not Work Anymore in the Admin Portal

When I started working with the Azure Stack SDK back in 2020, after installing the currently up-to-date version, when I loaded the admin portal and chose to view my dashboard, I would be presented with meaningful metrics about overall memory and cpu capacity. But after updating to the most recent version (version 2311), I no longer see valid metrics. All of the values are 0 (0% used, 0 used, 0 free, etc.).
Wondering if anyone else has seen this and what the explanation might be.
