APIs for MS Team Phone

Question

Hi All

We want to do feasibility check, if we can use MS Teams Phone as dialer from Salesforce CRM

e.g. We have a contact record in salesforce. There is a Contact number field on this record and beside the field we have button, when clicked, it should call on that mobile number through teams. is it possible?

Same question is with Video call?

Are there any APIs available for MS Team Phone for this?

It would be helpful if we get answer of these questions.

According to the documentation, currently the integration of Salesforce and Teams provides the following functions, but the one-click calling function you mentioned has not been launched.

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
