Please firstly try to repair VS 2015 by opening Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search and find VS 2015 > right-click VS 2015 > Change > Repair.
If it doesn’t work, please try to uninstall and then reinstall VS 2015. You can try to download VS 2015 from here: Downloads(please note, VS Community 2015 may be not available, check the links here: Error on Visual Studio 2015 installation and the explanations here: VisualStudio Community edition is missing from downloading).
