Microsoft's relationship with GoDaddy has put our nonprofit in email authentication limbo. How can management resolve this?

I can't be the only nonprofit rep that is having this problem with Microsoft Tech for Social Good. I asked to be transferred to Microsoft to set up the free accounts. Instead, I was told to wait two days before anyone at Microsoft responded.
