Subscription upgrade issue

Hey fam, my Azure free subscription just expired and I'm planning to move on to a pay as you go plan. It isn't allowing me to do so and showing me some error.User's image

Please give me any possible solutions such that I can at least retrieve my data from the machine. If I can get the pay as you go plan, it would be very much helpful for me as I can continue my server. Please help me ASAP as I need to continue my service. Thanks in advance
