Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I have am issue opening a PowerPoint file with the error below:

    Hi,

    Could you try to copy the file to local desktop?

    Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose. Then open the files again and test if the issue still exists.
