I'm getting error in Azure OpenAI Studio

Question

If I try to ask something in the OpenAI Stuido chat I always get an error: Error

The completion call failed. Repeat the action

Also, If i try to connect and ask with Python, I get this error:

ConnectError: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed

it was a firewall / VPN problem on company network.
