Question

Outlook is showing a pop-up that says Accounts and keeps popping up after its closed. The Accounts dialog box is blank and after it's closed it pops up again in 20 or 30 mins and keeps doing this. I've logged in and out of Office, deleted any other accounts, updated Office to the 'current channel' and rebooted the PC several times.

1. Repair Office: Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Look for Microsoft Office, right-click on it, click on Change, then select Repair.
2. Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser’s cache, temporary files, cookies, etc. Then verify that you place the right credentials and log in to your account.
3. Disconnect Troublesome Account: After closing Outlook, search for ‘Accounts’ in Windows 10 or Windows 11. Click on the ‘Access work or school’ option to see the connected accounts on your computer.
4. Create a new profile: Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles, delete the old profile and add a new profile, then re-connect your account.
