I am trying to debug a problem with the system process consuming 11% CPU even when the system has been idle for a while.
Unfortunately, I am not able to run the Windows Performance Recorder on Widows 11 without getting error 0x80070032 every time I try to read the .etl file.
I see online this is a common error, but I don't see a solution that works on this system.
Is there a solution to this WPR error?
