Hello,
I'm trying to do the "Microsoft Learn AI Skills Challenge: Build next generation apps with Azure OpenAI". I'm asked to request Access to Azure OpenAI Service. However, it requires me to provide my 1st subscription id belonging to my organization. I tried to get the Azure for Student using my university student email so I can get that subscription. But after the verification email to confirm my academic status, it says I am not eligible for it. I provided my university email id and other necessary things that were asked of me so why I'm not eligible? And what else can I do?
Note: I live in Bangladesh and study in a public university.
