Windows 11 VM missing task bar

I installed a Windows 11 Pro HYPERV VM on a machine running Windows 11 Pro. When I started it and connected, the task bar was missing. I read that a Windows security update started the problem, and the VM starts up using the guest account, which doesn't have access to the task bar. I cannot do anything except pause the VM which shows in the second screenshot that it is running. I installed Windows 11 Pro on another new Dell computer (both machines are Dell laptops) and it worked just fine. Any ideas? Please note that the first attachment is just the background of the Windows VM, and the second attachment is time and date with my user picture after pressing the pause button.
