Create Free Trail Account Using same phone number

I'm interested in knowing if it's feasible to create multiple Azure trial accounts using the same phone number. Additionally, if an account is lost, is it possible to recover it using the phone number?

If you’ve never signed up before, you should be able to create an Azure free account regardless of the phone number used.
