Download Image from Azure gallery

Hi,

When I go to download an image from the Azure portal on my ASHCI demo cluster the image download fails after some time. I tried to load a vhd/x directly from my storage location but I get some errors there too. can you help me solve it? a greeting.

I would like to point out that for images downloaded from azzurro to ashci a non-specific error appears with an empty " " value

When I do "Upload images from ashci to azure" I get an API error.

    To troubleshoot this issue, we'd need more information about exactly what errors you are getting. I would suggest first by collecting logs and reviewing them to see if it provides you with any clues to your issue. The most common reason I have seen image downloads fail is because of firewalls blocking access to some endpoint, but there are certainly other reasons as well. If you are unable to determine the issue from the logs, I would recommend opening a support request to troubleshoot the issue further.
