Not able to see release option in Azure-devops pipeline

Hi,

Im not able to see release option in Azure devops pipeline also ı tried this solution but it didnt work.Please help me!

"Step1:First go to Organization Settings -> Pipeline -> Settings -> make sure “Disable creation of classic release pipelines” is Off. Step2:Then go to Project Settings -> Pipeline -> Settings -> make sure “Disable creation of classic release pipelines"
